Another win for Serbian tennis as Viktor runaway with the match against Quershi in straight sets.

For me this is unexpected, but probably Viktor is wanting to keep up with the other Serbs! Great win for him today!

Not really unexpected at all. Viktor was favored to win this match :shrug: He's quietly moved up the rankings very well this year and in the later half of the year won several first round ATP matches. He not merely a claycourter a la Pashanaski. :rolleyes: :)

Next he has Schuettler, another winable match :D

Qureshi is injured and has been since before the US Open - some serious tendonitis issues with his arm. A shame, as he was edging towards a top 100 ranking for the first time in his career. So a decent effort by him regardless. He and Bopanna did win in doubles however...

Isn't this the guy (Troicki) who beat Djoko in Umag? If he was able to beat Novak he must be good at something.
