Especially China and Asia will continue to be in the centre of this problem. They are a huge looming industrial power who are about to realise their potential and need big time oil and other ressources and don't think of the consequences in the first or second place. While some rethinking has begun in the USA and some European countries, they aren't quite there yet by far. What counts there is boosting the economy and heavy industries.
