Where are the Bryans?

They reached No. 1 on the 8th September 2003, right after Mirnyi. Sorry but this stats comes from the period when Mirnyi was number 1. I don't have anything more up-to-date on my PC.

Was there any Top 10 doubles player who was also a Top 10 singles player?

Former number one players in singles who were top 10 doubles players : Edberg, Becker, Wilander, McEnroe, Newcombe, Kafelnikov, Rafter. There must be many more who were top 10 in both.

I know Edberg and McEnroe did the double (No. 1 in singles and doubles).

I think Newcombe probably did it as well.

Tomas Smid was almost there, career high in singles #11 :awww:

45. Bob Bryan (USA) September 8, 2003

Anders Jarryd reached a high of #5 in singles (was in the top 10 in singles for ca. 3 years), and was #1 in doubles for 100+ weeks.
