Have you ever felt really exhausted? Or so bad physically that you just sat down like a heap of potatoes on the couch and couldn't move?

I feel this way now after having too much for lunch. I just sat down next to my computer at work thinking to myself "hhhoooorrr, I'm ssoooooooo fucked!"

Feel free to share similair experiences :)

Usually after I've just been to an all you can eat Chinese :hearts:

Or if I've just been swimming, it absolutely kills my muscles. I usually spend then rest of the day on the sofa :help:

Normally I would be salivating uncontrollably all over the keyboard at the prospect of all you can eat Chinese however I feel so fucked right now food is the last thing on my mind.

Thanks for your input Sue ;)

By the way, isn't it a strange coincidence that so far all the participants in a moaning thread about how f*cked you feel all just happen to be Jewish? :p

I overdid it at a gym one time when I was new to lifting weights which left me literally dead at the time, and feeling sore the next day, wasn't nice at all

It was my Gym teachers fault, we were basically put in pairs and made to do a non-stop cycle of the gym with the pairs taking turns. Seeing that I ended up with the short straw I had to do it on my own, and instead of letting me have breaks inbetween, I wasn't allowed  . I almost fainted, and was on the verge of puking up, was in such a shit state.

I know. :awww:

Seems I was f*cked with pretty good reason yesterday. I have some kind of stomach virus- I have a fever, I'm going to the toilet every other hour and my muscles are really sore :tape:

Good news is I am feeling better now. Hopefully the worst is behind me.

Well the "HHHOOOORRRRR" actually comes deep from your gut up through your diaphragm while the "AAHHHHHHHHHHHHH" comes more further near the top of your lungs.

My then-boyfriend took me running in Central Park in 97/98. I hate doing sports and had never run. After I was done (all 60 minutes) my legs were so badly off I could not sit down to pee!
It was that bad. For 3 or 4 days

Last week after playing tennis for about 6-7 hours, i came home and had cramp in both legs, in my calves and thighs for 25 minute non stop, i wasnt exhausted, but god i was fucked. I thought i was doomed, i wanted the ground to just open and swallow me i was in so much pain. I then sat down without cramp in the same position for about 2 hours cause i couldnt walk or move incase it came back. :o

Those are some serious "fucked" situations you guys have been in :D :worship:

The one time I was truly fucked was when I went to Yosemite National Park some 2 years ago and I climbed up Half Dome.

A 17 mile hike with an elevation of 5,000 feet lasting 10 and a half hours total:

you must have definately been fucked :yeah:

one morning my mother fell down the stairs and i woke to the crashing noises, i rain to the top stair landing and as i was charging down stairs, on about the second step i slipped and fell down myself, crashing my head into a plant pot at the curved part of the stairs, i fell to the bottom and my back was fucked.

My mother was on her feet laughing at me.

This was about half 6 in the morning and I could hardly get back up the stairs to my bed.

I was fucked

Yeah, after studying 'till 4am and waking up 6am for a test for 3-4 days in a row. At the end I just wanted to faint and end all the pain: couple that with tennis in one of the days and swimming training everyday. :o :o :o :o

I once had a history project due and I waited the night before to do it. I pulled an all nighter and got a 95% on it. I ended up staying awake for about 38 hours straight and most of those two days are just a blur for me.

* BUMP *

I think I should contribute in this particular thread, too.
I've had many all-night studies (one of my habits is always starting to prepare for university tests TOO LATE ) but I remember well some six years ago, Rammstein came to play Amsterdam's Heineken Music Hall - and the next morning 9:00 AM I was scheduled to take my major Law School exam in Criminal Law.

I had a wonderful evening (and night, as that band was pretty AWESOME!!!), didn't sleep all night, went to the exam, and scored an... A+.

Needless to say, I never managed to equal that result ever after.

How's your knee now, Ron?

A lot better thanks :wavey:

The bike is part of the rigorous routine I go through to keep strengthening it along with a whole bunch of other exercises and I can pretty much do anything although the doc recommended I stay off the tennis court for a while yet.

Been a while since I last posted in this thread and I guess that's a good thing but I feel fucked right now. I cracked my knee into a desk like the clumsy bastard I am and something just went. Not as in my knee which feels okay but it sent some kind of jolt to my brain. I passed out for a few seconds, seriously a weird feeling. I might consider going to a doc about it, I never feel quite right when I don't know what's wrong with me.
