Among the remaining players who has the best chance against him if we assume that he is in the final?

The Ego King has no chance against the Spartan King. Nadal would humiliate him in three sets. Vamos Sparta! :rocker2:

Accept it or not according to me Rafa is the only one who has a chance of beating him in the Wimbledon final. He is the only one who is mentally strong than Federer and also he is the only one against whom Federer doesn't feel comfortable no matter what the surface is. All the other players have no chance against him. Federer can beat them 100 times out of 100 matches.

Given the close match they had last year i'd have to say Bjorkman of course :rocker2:

100 times out of 100 matches out of 100, Lleyton could proably get a couple.

I agree.
I don't think Nadal will make the final, and if he does again, I will be very surprised once again.
But out of the remaining ones, except for Nadal, none seems to stand a chance.

Baghdatis is a good returner, he has a decent serve and he can fight the same way Canas can.

:haha:

Baggy's chance of making the finals aren't very good (Hewitt, Djokovic, Berdych, Nadal all have a better chance) and of beating Fed in the final are zero. This coming from someone who likes the guy. ;)

The chances of beating Federer out of all of them are highest with Nadal, but I consider his chance of beating Federer on this surface just about as low as anyone's.

Rafa = Fed Killa

Rafa. I think he's the only one with the mentality to do it, even though players like Djokovic and Berdych have the game.

Rafa is the obvious choice. Since he's in Roger's head.

Berdych has a very slim chance if he plays his best consistantly for 3/5.

 Hmm, I'm surprised by this reaction.

Compared to the other players, I genuinely believe he has a better chance. Nadal won't make the final, Hewitt is not a threat anymore and Berdych is a better match-up for Federer.

Baggy will find it very difficult to get to the final and I honestly see just about everyone giving Federer a better match than Baggy.

Well, I remember that AO final and he was competing very well before he ran out of gas in the 3rd set. But just thinking purely about the match-up, it's the sort of thing Fed has struggled with on a bad day.

But I agree obviously that Federer is going to beat whoever he plays in the final.

Baggy doesn't get enough 1st serves in play. He is routinely at about 50% and this would kill him. His FH can be quite good like against Murray last year at Wimby but he rarely clicks like that. Federer doesn't give away many chances at Wimbledon and I think if the two played, Federer would get plenty of looks in the Baggy serve games.
