If someone withdraws then a LL will enter not Haase? If Haase wins his quarter final will he be SE>?

Kitzbühel is an International Series Gold event and Amersfoort isn't. So Haase wouldn't have got an SE anyway. Only a Stuttgart player could have got it. (And also, I think, you get an SE when you are playing on Saturday, no matter if it's semis or a delayed quarterfinal.)
