Nope. Before the new administration took over you used to be able to browse through all of your reps EVER. I actually went through all of them and it's really funny to see reps from people who are trolls now or people who are your best MTF buds now ;) Anyway, that function was disabled and I don't think it's ever coing back. Which stinks, because I liked it.

This is a fact I never figured out actually.

They used to also have a bar in your user CP that would let you know how many reps you had left to give out in a day :) That helped. I have no idea sometimes how often I have repped.
