I fear it's a 'never' anyway.. He is just not good enough; he's been on the same level for years now. He's a Salvador Navarro, but with worse results.

I think I have to disagree with you in one way. Not that you haven't got a point about his results, but with Fred I think it isn't so much a lack of talent that keeps him down... More like the fact that he makes the wrong decisions on the big points and that he gets down mentally when he's breakpoint down. Too bad, cuz I'm sure that if he could get those 2 things straightened out, he could be able to make it to the top 100. Cuz the shots are all there, IMO.
