Big occasion for Kohlschreiber. I'd like him to win as he has come through a potentially tricky draw with consumate ease...but Youzhny is a very tough player to beat in a debut final, and it isn't as if he can be expected to win.

I've not seen enough of Kohlschreiber to be able to formulate a plan as to how I would play him, but it may be that Misha is just trying to get as many balls in play as possible and try to draw some errors from the German, rather than just go for it and risk giving away too many cheap points.

...could also be a sign of nerves / slight lack of confidence on the part of Youzhny also. If they get to 4/4 5/5 etc, he might just choke...

kohl is close to winning his first ATP title. that's hard for any player to serve it out.

youzhny missed the easyiest shot into the net to give kohl the game it should be 40-40 but it aint its 4 games to 2

If he serves for the match at *5/4 then yes, we could see a break against him. But if he gets a double-break then I don't think he will choke the match away from there. Besides, Youzhny isn't exactly the most mentally strong player :tape:
