they are just weird.

I wasnt very confident of Haas winning this match even though he beat tougher opponents in Pavel and Roddick last week. The flight would have been more than 8 hours, im not sure just how long but its 7+ hours from NY to London and Houston to Monaco seems quite a bit further. And after winning such an emotional tournament last week it didnt seem likely he could remotivate himself so soon. Even though Malisse seems to be going through the motions these days without apparently caring given the intangible factors if Haas wins this match it is as impressive to me, maybe even more so as his win in Houston. It would show amazing professionalism.
