Who is the most frustrating player?richie21 04-21-2007, 02:29 PM i would say it's beetween Safin,Nalbandian and Gasquet. LoveFifteen 04-21-2007, 02:43 PM i would say it's beetween Safin,Nalbandian and Gasquet. I agree. Those are the three that I thought of before I opened this thread. Kitty de Sade 04-21-2007, 02:45 PM Safin more than anyone. Watching him play when he is in a bad mood along with the result that follows is nothing short of infuriating sometimes. :fiery: Dilara 04-21-2007, 03:27 PM Marat  CyBorg 04-21-2007, 03:29 PM Coria's even more frustrating than Safin. Marat has had his great share of triumphs at least. R.Federer 04-21-2007, 03:33 PM I thought of Safin as soon as I saw the heading. But I agree that Gasquet qualifies too. I think Hewitt has also frustrated a lot recently. Naranoc 04-21-2007, 03:38 PM Malisse, when his head isn't screwed on the right way. danton 04-21-2007, 03:48 PM Of course Marat - but any Brit will tell you Henman has made us suffer a lot over the years. At times it has been agony. Action Jackson 04-21-2007, 03:49 PM Federer adee-gee 04-21-2007, 03:51 PM Xristos Bibir 04-21-2007, 03:51 PM Coria's even more frustrating than Safin. Marat has had his great share of triumphs at least. That's true. At least, he achieved great things in grand slams and davis cup. For me, the frustration concerning Marat comes from somewhere else, all the injuries and his monumental mood swings. It's really difficult to live with his up and downs and impossible to forget some horrible matches. And when the player show his frustration, you feel frustrated too. trixtah 04-21-2007, 04:11 PM oh my goodness...Safin and definitely Coria. Gasquet--eh, well he's still young. Seeing Coria blow his chance was horrible. For Safin, the injuries that were constantly setting him back and him buckling down and getting serious too late. Merton 04-21-2007, 04:34 PM Konstantinos Economidis. jazar 04-21-2007, 07:53 PM alex bogdanovic-he lacks a brain radek stepanek-when he gets on tv we have to put up with his fuck ugly face marat safin-he doesnt need just any psychologist, he needs sigmund freud stebs 04-21-2007, 07:55 PM Lately Nalby has been much more of a liability than Safin. embellish 04-21-2007, 08:06 PM alex bogdanovic-he lacks a brain radek stepanek-when he gets on tv we have to put up with his fuck ugly face marat safin-he doesnt need just any psychologist, he needs sigmund freud Freud would make things worse. Metis 04-21-2007, 08:07 PM I would pick Safin. He has managed to make millions of women (and men) around the world sexually frustrated. Sunset of Age 04-21-2007, 08:52 PM I would pick Safin. He has managed to make millions of women (and men) around the world sexually frustrated. :haha: And even refuses to play proper tennis for the past months, too! The moron! :p ;) Fedever 04-21-2007, 09:21 PM Of course Marat - but any Brit will tell you Henman has made us suffer a lot over the years. At times it has been agony. That may be, but with the ENORMOUS amount of pressure put on Henman by you Brits through the years, I have always been impressed with how well he has performed, especially at Wimbledon. Just an observation from an “outsider”. :wavey: Sofyaxo 04-21-2007, 09:22 PM Marat Safin. End Story. D-man 04-21-2007, 09:31 PM I think Safin did well, contrary to the rest of humanity. Two grand slams is better than most top players today. He played out of his mind twice, and people think he can do that anytime he wants. Fedever 04-21-2007, 09:34 PM No contest. Marat Safin!      Andre'sNo1Fan 04-21-2007, 11:14 PM Marat can be frustrating, but one of the reasons I like him, and he attracts so many fans is because you can feel his emotions out there. Sure he is very up and down, but staying on one level is kinda boring, no? Snowwy 04-21-2007, 11:15 PM Safin..6-0 6-6 (6-3) and he LOSES. GonzoFed 04-21-2007, 11:20 PM Oscar Hernandez. PS: Seriously though, Marcelo Ríos was the most frustrating player to root for. And for my father it was Mecir. The pattern as you can see is very clear. ycpg 04-21-2007, 11:42 PM I also find the Safin Clara Bow 04-22-2007, 01:34 AM The previously mentioned Coria, Safin and Nalbandian. Verdasco can be very frustrating. Brilliant point followed by brainless point. Acasuso can bug. I like his game when he is on but he goes away mentally. Almagro is a huge frustration. Someone get this guy a coach that can give him discipline! I think he could be a great clay court player if he would get his freaking act together. That kick serve is crazy! Baghdatis because he just is not putting in the work. Blake- 5 sets- all that needs to be said. And he is getting his hound dog crap again. I am not putting Gasquet yet. I think he will have his breakthough. NaDALiTa 04-22-2007, 01:55 AM Marat without hesitations!! PHM should be frustrating, but everytime i see him playing big events I take pity on him more than frustration! wcr 04-22-2007, 02:04 AM Murray. Would anyone on this board like to play that guy? What an ugly game. Kolya 04-22-2007, 02:24 AM Anyone I don't like to watch. atheneglaukopis 04-22-2007, 03:16 AM Our man Xristos. Medina 04-22-2007, 03:36 AM Hewitt--- Its very very annoying when he screams c'mon and rude when some1 else does an unforced errpr Safin--- Very arrogant. Polikarpov 04-22-2007, 06:21 AM Safin. Off-topic: There is a show in Star Sports Asia called Ace. They did an interview with Dinara Safina and she was asked what was the best advice his brother have given her about tennis. And according to Dinara, Marat's advice is...PATIENCE. Kolya 04-22-2007, 06:45 AM Hewitt - I just don't like the "C'mon" and arrogance he shows on the court Nadal - sometimes over reacts after a good point Murray - all the swearing and clicking at Gilbert Gilbert - same as above I prefer the cool, calm and collected players - Wilander, Mecir, Kolya etc. trixtah 04-22-2007, 09:23 AM Hewitt--- Its very very annoying when he screams c'mon and rude when some1 else does an unforced errpr Safin--- Very arrogant. Safin is arrogant? He's got nothing but kind words for other players on the tour (except when he's calling wimbledon shit and that grass is for cows...) BORO77 04-22-2007, 10:16 AM Hewitt, Monfils, Waske. Allez 04-22-2007, 10:20 AM PHM - All the choking he does :o Xristos 04-22-2007, 10:32 AM Xristos My thoughts exactly.. t0x 04-22-2007, 10:46 AM Safin - in terms of brilliant play, but extreme crazyness at times. Gasquet - Plays brilliant tennis, but not at clutch moments latley! He wears himself out playing longer than he should. Hewitt, Nadal etc - in terms of the annoying 'Cmon', 'Vamos' etc after opponents make an error, and defensive play. Action Jackson 03-30-2009, 03:32 AM Safin decided to give his fans one last choke before he retires. chowdahead25 03-30-2009, 03:36 AM Tipsarevic jmjhb 03-30-2009, 03:53 AM Blake and Berdych should both just quit tennis. Guy Haines 03-30-2009, 03:59 AM Blake and Berdych should both just quit tennis. :) Ah, a timely post. I tend to agree. Action Jackson 03-30-2009, 04:03 AM Blake and Berdych should both just quit tennis. You should quit gambling. azza 03-30-2009, 04:14 AM duh safin leng jai 03-30-2009, 04:29 AM My thoughts exactly.. Seems you only reply on GM when someone mentions your name. Vamos. freeandlonely 03-30-2009, 04:46 PM Nalbandian will always be frustrated and Nadal will never be frustrated, which is very frustrating. biological 03-30-2009, 05:13 PM Tipsarevic and Nalbandian for their inconsistency, Murray because he's so annoying, and Nadal for winning every damn thing. Bascule 03-30-2009, 05:16 PM Novak lately, Dave and Marat permanently.:p Wow, after reading this thread seems only Nadal is not frustrating at the moment. | |
