The winner of this epic will surely be the year end world no. 1.

I really hope Kohlscreiber takes advantage here because he's beaten and pushed top players so many times and rarely seems to get opportunities like this.

GGL is a solid enough player but his game is a quite limited in my opinion. And it wouldn't seem right for someone who couldn't even qualify to make the quarters of masters beating 2 players outside the top 50 :o i guess he's taking his chances though

GGL lost to Seppi in the qualies. Kohlschreiber should win for sure.

Kohlschrieber hasn't had a memorable result since his surprise AO run has he?

Defeating Rochus on clay in straights in Belgium is a memorable result in my opinion.

It's hilarious to me when people criticize lower ranked players for winning matches. Isn't the point of playing on the tour to win matches?

Some of you people seem to share Mr. Disney's philosophy that the tour should consist of 8 players.

The winner gets direct entry into the Hall of Fame.

As I said before the tournament started, Haas isn't even in the draw, why bother?

Why is the draw weak ??

Who is not there ?
Murray, Blake, Roddick ?

Kohlshreiber would have beaten them on clay anyway ...

Edit : the same for Haas :)

look at that not onlky becasue 3 of Top10 players skipped it but even qulifiers are somehow not that great and players like Murray, Almagro, Canas not playing and you know if 2 players out of that 4 will reaching TMS on slow clay " Mirnyi, Soderling, Kohlschreiber, Garcia Lopez is

Roddick
Blake
Haas
Murray
Almagro

Hewitt

all of them would have shot at beating Mirnyi, Soderling, GGL and Kohlschreiber

It's not a weak draw. You can't consider a clay court tournament weak because Roddick and Blake skipped it

But you can when Tommy "Captain Clay" Haas isn't in it.

I agree for Canas, Almagro could have done well if he was able to play (not sure he would have beaten Berdych though...). Hewitt can play well on european clay...

Soderling beat Davydenko ... He is not a joke on clay... really... better than the Americans and Murray ...

And I repeat, Kohlschreiber can beat all this guys ... That just depends of him.

GGL is quite lucky, but that's all... I don't think the draw is so weak...
I have the feeling that Hamburg will be worse ;) ...

The big problem is that there are too many injuries ... Nalby, Moya and Almagro had their places there...

Edit : Ups sorry i just saw your singature... I won't argue anymore, you must be right sorry :).
