One of the most bizarre matches I have ever watched...

Great tournament for Russians :o

Funny thing...last year Kolya lost his first Monte Carlo match to... Soderling :p

Routine win for Robin, should have served it out at *5-2 40-15 in the third and even earlier in the second set.

Way to cash me in, repeat your win over Davydenko last year, and boot that prick out of the tourney. :yeah:

No surprise here. Davydenko must be the slowest at adapting to a new surface. I still expect him to peak in time for Hamburg and RG.

Davydenko suffers from Clayitis too, I guess.

Well done Robin!

Kolya may be out of Top10 at the end of season he is playing horrible tennis right now and I don't see him defending USOpen SF or Paris TMS unless withdraws will make it really easy

Robin tried his best to choke it all away but glad he came through in the end. :)

Koyla needs a good tournament as soon as possible.

Good for Robin that he was able to get over the choking business.

Believe it or not, its the lack of hair thats causing the problem. Kolya needs to grow his hair and voila! ...We'll see him holding on to the next wimby.

You're so stupid... last year Kolya shaved his head and he won TMS Paris and Moscow.

wow well done Robin :) Great win, Koyla is certainly not going to end up as No 3 again at the end of this year, perhaps went too much for it with the amount of tournaments and playing last year.

Losing a match point against Haas does that to you.
