Seems like he's been injured for ages. It's not easy to recover at his age. I hope he takes a long rest now and return for WTF. Does the team clench a spot in WTF?

Mirnyi has been winning GS, just because of Daniel Nestor. Nestor can play for another 2 or 3 Years.

BTW, i've started 'Live Doubles Commentary' thread, please have a look at it.

you can't be serious. Mirnyi has won many GS also with other players. And he was the best player on court at the FO final this year.

EISERN UNION

Bryans || Djokovic || Paire || Rojer || Tecau || Pospisil || Chiudinelli || Verdasco || Simon || Seppi || Leo Mayer

Björkman || Arthurs || Edberg || Nalbandian || Hanley || Rafter
T.Johansson || M.Norman || Aspelin || O. Rochus || Söderling

When you see Zimonjic's record, he played well esp. when he played with Daniel Nestor. He hasn't won any GS after their break-up. Similarly, Mirnyi won with Björkman in 2007 and a gap of 4 years to win a GS. That makes me thing he won just because he paired with a player like Nestor. Anyway, Mirnyi is not that bad player.
