(BTW: I vote for Bryans, but I'd give Tsonga/Llodra a big chance).
Ah, appeal moderation? Wanna know what appeal moderation did to me?
LOOK AT ME!
LOOK AT ME, BOY! THESE ARE THE SCARS OF APPEAL MODERATION!
Take a good long stare, you know you want to.
You're not even man enough to look at my face.
Appeal moderation isn't pretty, you have to watch your friends go to dust.
Appeal moderation is always hungry for your soul and sweet emotions.
First and once godly-worhispped appeal moderator.
I don't know much about doubles, but I was pleasantly surprised to see Ferrer/Lopez get through... The Poles were 4th seed and from what I saw on Wikipedia, they had something like 13 titles together in doubles...
Too bad I couldn't see anything of that match, it was extremely close.
Surprised as well to see Roddick/Issner and the Murrays lose so early.
But at the same time... I wonder how much of a strain it can be for players with ambitions for the singles to go far in the doubles tournament.
I was happy too that the French pair went through, but that wasn't much of a surprise (even though Clément is normally Llodra's partner... not as good as Tonsga on grass for sure, but still, it could have been destabilizing for Llodra to work with a new partner)
