Are we gonna see more doubles team made specific for Olympics?

With news of Bhupathi and Bopanna teaming up for Olympics, will there be other teams out there teaming up solely for Olympic preparation? like Daniel Nestor teaming up with Milos Raonic,etc?

I talked to Dulko and Schwank...it is very likely they ll play doubles at the Olympic together and almost certain at the AO
