Best doubles matches

Well I'm recently new to watching doubles...I've liked singles for a while but last year I realized how artistic doubles could be. So I was just wondering what you guys thought are some of the best doubles matches in recent years? Davis Cup included

Re: Best doubles matches

RG 2008 Final Cuevas/Horna df. Nestor/Zimonjic not a great match actually 'cause Pablo and Lucho played a lot better, but it's the one that made me happier
Wimbly 2009 Final Nestor/Zimonjic def. Bryans great match and great result

Last year's TMC was great overall also
I particulary remember:

Cuevas/Horna df. Coetzee/Moodie &
Fyrstenberg/Matkowski df. Dlouhy/Paes both excellent matches

From Davis Cup, a lot involving Argentina I cant remember now, 2009 Serbia df. Spain, and 2008 USA df. Spain

Re: Best doubles matches

I was at the USA/France Davis Cup quarterfinal last year when the Bryans lost to Clement/Llodra in 4 sets. I don't know how it compared to most doubles matches because I hardly ever get to see doubles but I had a blast watching it. Very high quality match featuring two GS champion teams, not some singles players paired together. It was the best match of the weekend and my favorite team, Clement/Llodra, won and I got on TV with my, "J'adore Clement/Llodra" poster.

Re: Best doubles matches

The 2008 Oz Open QF match between the Bryans and Bhupathi/Knowles was fantastic - all four players played stellar tennis, especially in the final set, which the M&Ms pulled out in a tiebreaker. That should have been the finals match at that major.

Go Knowles, Murray, Hewitt, Ivanovic, Tursunov, Mirnyi, Ancic, Hantuchova, Gasquet, Djokovic, Gulbis, Nieminen, Booray and the Bryans!
