Is Shanghainese food popular in Japan or only the 小龍包?
I don't get to eat it often, which makes it more special.
Well, Chinese food in general are very popular here.
There are lots and lots of Chinese restaurants---Shanghanese, Pekinese, Szechuan, etc etc.
Food like 春巻、餃子、炒飯 are staple food at many Japanese households.
But dim sums tend to be much more expensive here than in say Hong Kong (which I love!).
