Possible change for DTT 2009: Chall part 1: [Winner: Challengers only when necessary]

Based on DTT comments in 2008, there were some discussions whether we should include or not Challenger matches in the OOP (especially for Masters Series where first days were poor in Doubles matches). This led in some Masters Series where DTT First Round was 2-3 days long and DTT Second Round was played the same day as DTT QF (just because there was 9 matches in OOP).

It would be interesting to get opinion of DTT Players about the following alternatives:

a/ do not include Challenger matches at all in the DTT picks, there are too many unknown players and it is difficult to get some results. Not an issue to have more than 1 DTT Round per day.

b/ yes, please. Include Challenger matches as much as possible as long as it is compliant with timezone used for main DTT Tournament.

c/ try to avoid including Challenger matches but, whenever necessary, especially to avoid having more than 1 DTT Round per day, choose best Challenger matches for DTT OOP (or the ones suitable with timezone used for DTT Main Tournament).

TT Singles Year-End Rankings:
2014: 50
2012: 98 (W: Bucharest)
2011: 65
2010: 34 (W: Memphis)
2009: 61
2008: 63
