Re: RIP Scotso

OMG!

Scotty made me so welcome when I joined mtf way back when, I too remember him posting in threads for Ernests before Ernests got a Forum established here, and of course here in Gilles Forum, he made this place his home.. A really nice guy. My condolences to his family and friends.

And just a massive 'virtual' hug to all who got closer to him through mtf. And thanks for opening this thread here,a terrible thing to have to announce, but a very fitting thing to do

RIP Scotty. Taken so young. Terrible

Re: RIP Scotso

I'm overwhelmed by sadness for Scotty’s passing. In the past few years getting to know Scott and the tough life that he had, and to think that just 2 months ago life was so promising for him, and suddenly all was taken away, it just so heartbreaking. It may seem that we are just casual acquaintances in a tennis forum, but some people make marks on our life we don’t even notice until they are gone. The sadness I felt the past 2 days made me realize how much he has touched me thru the many chats we had here in the past. He's gone to a better place, but he was here, liked and loved.

And that my friend, is also why we loved you. And always will.

Did not know him well, but it always shocks me when long-time posters pass way. RIP.
