Re: 2013 Australia, new adventure begins in Down Under

My body is so ready for Gilles vs Monfils and their 40 shot rallies! lol

Seriously though he isn't playing well and I'd put Monfils as the fave, but if he could fight out another win then I'd call a 4th round a big success.

Another hard-fought win for Gilles . He needs to keep improving, serve was better today and groundies sharper, but still not at their best.

Re: 2013 Australia, new adventure begins in Down Under

L'Equipe:

A 6-5 (Av.

This is just depressing. He had this match won before the injury

Re: 2013 Australia, new adventure begins in Down Under

This sucks so much, he worked so hard to get to 2 sets up, and only need to hold 3 more times to get to the finish line and now he's injured and can't push up the left leg to serve, and have to move gingerly. This is cruel, very cruel. so angry I wanna cry.

So piss I wanna scream, just can't do it 3:30 in the morning.
If there's a God, he needs to somehow help Gilles out there.

Re: 2013 Australia, new adventure begins in Down Under

I know he won't retire, but honestly there's no point of going thru it, there's no way in hell that he can win. Now my anger has turned into depression.

Now he's massaging his arm too, he has no legs so he's arming all his balls. He just better don't hurt his arm too. Really Gilles, don't keep hurting yourself, you are already fragile.

Re: 2013 Australia, new adventure begins in Down Under

Ouch
I'm sad. He doesn't deserve that.
I still want him to win but that would such a shame if he can't play against Murray.

Allez Simon, you rock
