It's ironic that I think this was his best match of the tournament but he lost. Still pretty poor overall but at least it wasn't embarrassing and was a step up from the first two rounds at least. Same old story losing serve to start the third set.
Yep, exactly. He played better today, but that's not saying much because of how awful he was in the previous two matches. Still not anywhere up to his level. If he had played like he did against Del Potro in Marseille, he would've had no trouble with Anderson.
At least he doesn't leave us all with a performance like he had against Paire for us to have to stew over. Today he was just mediocre but not awful. I guess I can deal with that for now.
