Considering I've been on this board for only 2 monthes, that short phase feels still long..
Anyway, glad to read you again.

As long as you don't start sounding like ruanz33 then I think we could live with it Nat
I'm surprised at you saying that tennis isn't that big in France, jeez there are so many fantastic French players, you really are spoilt for choice!

Arf! My english is a bit rough >_< I meant Tennis is a popular sport here but nowhere near football or even Rugby as far as media coverage is concerned. The fact that France is/was a real contender at the world level in those two sports has a lot to do with that situation imo.

But I realize my sentence was confusing, I wasn't talking about what people might say in the other player forums, I was just hinting at Puschkin coming to this forum to gloat in advance.
It was well-meant, just a little joke because she made me laugh with her post.

I knew you were hinting at me in a previous mail.

I kept some caution, though. I said that you can send the tissues back to me, to have something for my tears if it goes wrong.

I'm just about to head off to the Medibank International.

With every leap of faith, I feel a little stronger.

Your English is spectacular compared to my French
Your revision holds good for Scotland, football will never be displaced as our national game even though we're not terribly good at it! And that's regardless of whether Andy manages to win a slam or not! And both Rugby and Golf are probably more popular... The ATP probably have to shoulder the blame for lack of media coverage for non-Slam tournaments, as they sell the TV rights to subscription only channels, if tennis was on public channels regularly there would be more widespread interest in it. Thank heavens for streaming! (although not tomorrow it would appear ).

With an eye on the Norwich game, you could do with a wee bit of luck in the 2nd half Di! I'll put on my witches hat and see if that helps...

She's just sore her beloved Marat got pumped in straights at the Hopman Cup (Hope his shoulder's all right for the AO though)

But she is not stupid enough to take exos seriously.

Somehow I feel I am on the wrong thread. Maybe I am.

Re: Australian Open series 2009

Gillou's 1st serve - 18% FFS! 3 breaks of serve in the first three games between them!
Gasquet held his serve to stop it becoming a break fest 3-1
Gillou had a great service game there, 3-2. Dragged his % up to 29%!

Re: Australian Open series 2009

Les and Alli Insomnia is back so it is livescores again, despite the agony...I read your post and thought you meant that Gilles was up 3-1 so you can imagine the shock I got when I opened up the livescore box!!!
