Re: European Clay Court Season Cheering Thread!

@Proxima2 Hearing your report about Ernests made me so happy. Im glad you got to witness his brilliance, its been missing for a while. And him bossing it out there, thats just a plus. He needs to play with that type of confidence. Now im super excited for his next match against Milos.

Re: European Clay Court Season Cheering Thread!

I'm so glad the organisers have scheduled this for central court,I was afraid the match would have been pushed to a lesser court,as some of the leading seeds begin playing tomorrow!

It's great the match will be streamed!

Cheering for Nole Gilles Tomas Domi Stan Roger Sascha Struffi Ernests
Jamie Murray - My No 1 doubles player
Forever love Juan Carlos Ferrero
Norwich City Football Club

I don't hate Gulbis, he's just not my No 1 any more, Peace Out

Re: European Clay Court Season Cheering Thread!

Hi (sorry I'm late)
Today's match was so strange, I'm not used to that
I was like " that is a practise or a match?" No, seriously, I really liked the performance of the team. They were perfect: enthousiastic (they were smilling all the time), opportunist, focused and... relaxed The other team was like erased.
I wish Ernests to be in form like that tomorrow against Raonic.
Oh, and I saw his dad and Novotny.
At the end of the match, his dad congratulated him with a handshake
To make a comparision, the double match was exciting and the Cilic vs Volandri match I saw right after was soporific.

Tomorrow I will not be able to go to the Central court but hopefully I could go to his next double match...

I also took photos today

Good luck Ernests vs Raonic!!

Re: European Clay Court Season Cheering Thread!

I will be so sad if he looses because of thet stupid call. He plays really good and is quite composed apart from the double bounce episode, which was quite amusing actually..

Re: European Clay Court Season Cheering Thread!

I said i will be sad, but i´m pissed at the stupid umpire. I know Ernests needs to learn to hold it together at such moments, but she just stole the game from him

Re: European Clay Court Season Cheering Thread!

Shame to see a match turning because of a moment like that again, wish it was easier to let something go but he's only human. Anyway, we know he's working and we will have to continue pushing our patience Hope he has some fun in what he's doing tomorrow in doubles, and then on to the next one please!
