Re: The Latvian rankings thread - whether they rise or fall

ATP vienspēļu rangs (7. februāris)

21. Ernests Gulbis 1575 +1
314. Andis Juška 146 -1
369. Kārlis Lejnieks 114 +/-0
544. Deniss Pavlovs 48 +20
668. Adrians Žguns 26 -5
1364. Miķelis Lībietis 2 +/-0

Ernests at another career high! It's very close to Top 20 points wise now, there's less than 100 points between he and Nalby in 19th place, and only 5 between he and Baggy in 20th!! Baggy has points to defend this week in Rotterdam (45). Ernests has played less tournaments overall than Baggy too (23) which is also an advantage, as well as the fact he's not defending any points this week!!.

Nalby has no points to defend and isn't playing anywhere this week.

19 Nalbandian, David (ARG) 1,655 0 20
20 Baghdatis, Marcos (CYP) 1,580 1 28

ATP dubultspēļu rangs (7. februāris)

173. Andis Juška 405 +/-0
216. Deniss Pavlovs 314 -2
398. Ernests Gulbis 135 +4
639. Miķelis Lībietis 62 -1
893. Kārlis Lejnieks 30 +1
1176. Artūrs Kazijevs 12 +3

Cheering for Nole Gilles Tomas Domi Stan Roger Sascha Struffi
Jamie Murray No 1 - AO Doubles Champ 2016 - congrats!
Thanks for the memories Juan Carlos

Re: The Latvian rankings thread - whether they rise or fall

Because this is now a cemetery or something, everyone is so scared to post,to say thanks,anything...

It doesn't matter if Ernests loses,it doesn't matter if his ranking falls.

But people just don't care here unless they are looking at his features...they don;t care about his tennis or any of the Latvians really..so what kind of place is this???

Re: The Latvian rankings thread - whether they rise or fall

I know a lot of his fans don't care about the other Latvians. They have never seen them and the only time they do is during Davis Cup. Personally I don't mind that because I like having a small little fan club where the others are concerned!

I don't follow the rankings myself, so like I said before. You are the only one who keeps me up to date. Although we don't post as frequently as we should, it doesn't mean we don't care! I'm glad you do this thread. I really enjoy knowing where the other guys are! Keep your head up! You are more important then you realize!
