I think the jeans are like a good luck charm. I hope he always carries them with him. [altho I've seen him live, and he didn't wear them then ]

Actually, I think the Latvian players send the jeans around between them, like the sisterhood of the travelling pants. You know, for the good luck and the friendship and everything. So I guess that is why Deniss doesn't get to wear the jeans so often.

Re: Riga Mortis: General Latvian tennis talk

But who has the jeans now? He'd better return it to Deniss - or, better still, lend it to Andis for today - else I'd be mightily displeased

Re: Riga Mortis: General Latvian tennis talk

Andis is in Nevers,France for F17 Futures. He's seeded No 6 in the tournament, which is being played on hardcourts.

Result: (6)Andis Juska(Latvia) beat Adrien Puget of France 6-3 6-2

Andis is also playing doubles, where he teams up with Thomas Oger of Monaco. They are the No 1 seeds and already have a bye into the next round.

Deniss has moved on to the next leg in Bosnia&Herzegovina(F7). In the 1st round he'll face 6th seeded Jan Mertl of Czech Republic.

Deniss is in action in doubles too. He and Ivan Cerovic(of Croatia) are the No 4 seeds, they face Igor Anicic and Kresimir Ritz, an all Croatian pair in the 1st round.

Cheering for Nole Gilles Tomas Domi Stan Roger Sascha Struffi
Jamie Murray No 1 - AO Doubles Champ 2016 - congrats!
