will Pablo Cuevas defend his final here, or he will have in his rank the ponits of last year tournament and the ones he get in this tournament.

I said this, because last year the tournament was in November. and i don´t know how it works the atp ranking "best of 18 tournaments".

His points from the finals wont come off until they rae outside his top 18 which wont happen or until a year after he got them, so in November? or whenever the tournament use to be held.
