As long as he doesn't get too tired, which he really shouldn't given his fitness, this is a good warm up week for Ferrer. He played well.

i'm telling you guys, this is a new, different Ferrer and he's scary.

I've always known he's got it in him and i've always been pissed for him being a mug not trying, but now he's made the decision, he's a man on a mission and he'll be damn hard to beat this season.

I wish him a Slam, honestly.

Watched a bit just now, Ferrer's forehand was on fire. Less close than score indicates.

Re: Mubadala SF: Ferrer def. Nadal 6-4 6-4

I believe that if this was any GS and Nadal needed to win to advance he would of played better and harder. Not saying he would of beaten a Ferrer like today but i like to think it. Plus no need to have Nole 1 up on him pre AO.

Decent and unsuprised tank.

Re: Mubadala SF: Ferrer def. Nadal 6-4 6-4

No tanks here, just one of them improved during off sseason, the other didn't.

And considering that at this level it's as close as it gets and there you have it.

Never seen Ferrer going for this FH DTL so hard and so often. Just awesome.

From a player i disliked he is turning to one of my favorites, coz he pretty much changed what i really wanted him to.

He'll be the fourth on my list for cheering at the AO.
