Do you have to keep your picks in order of the draw?
I would think so. I mean, if someone wrote down his 64 first round picks in random order he would not get points for names that are out of place. The same rule should apply to all rounds.
In which case Frank Winkler will have NO finalists.
Frank Winkler picked four semifinalists and out of those four semifinalists he picked two finalists.
To me it would be silly and unsporting to not accept his finalist picks just because he reversed the order of the finalists' names. The reason for a rule requiring picks to be in order (if such a rule exists - I am checking with FITD board
but I don't know of it) is surely for the convenience of the manager so that he or she doesn't have to go deciphering all these random draws. It's completely clear to me who Frank Winkler picked for the finals so unless the FITD board disagrees I'm accepting his picks.
