Re: Qualifying Draw

Good luck to the Brits, but I'm not sure we'll get a qualifier as Bogdanovic and Bloomfield don't have great draws.

I think Bloomers has a chance of beating Spadea and GGL, but I'm not convinced as to whether he'd beat them both, but if he plays like he did last week he can qualify

Boggo is a different case as he's got the talent to qualify, and a few ago I'd have him beating Kunitsyn and Falla but now I'm not so sure about whether he can do it - but that said, he's now the underdog and that suits him best, so could quite easily qualify here.

Interesting to see how the juniors get on as well, as Cox/Evans/Smethurst get to try their luck against top 100 players, while 15 year old George Morgan gets a partially retired Sanguinetti to see what level he's at.

And Bamford/Eaton play each other again which is a shame, as they could both win a couple of matches here

Re: Qualifying Draw

WTF is Sanguinetti doing there?

That's the best Notts qualies draw I've seen for years.

Looks like Bloomers might have a point to prove to the LTA, as he is down for Wimbledon qualifying next week I believe.

Don't see any Brit making it through though...Kunitsyn and Falla are very tough opponents for Boggo, and certainly Spadea (although in crap form) is a difficult match-up for Bloomers, and after that there is the potential for a match with GGL, which would be anything but easy.

Kei Nishikori qualifies...

Hey tennis fans, how you all doing?

I haven't been around for a few years, spent the last 2 years getting divorced.

Anyway, back to life.

How about Kei Nishikori, this kid is one of the best 18 year olds I've ever seen, he's amazing.

I'm very excited about Kei, especially since my nephew Glenn Weiner is his coach.

Good luck to Kei and Glenn in the Main Draw, and good luck at Wimbledon.
