Brasil! Not a bad draw. We will play our first home tie this year, and only the second after the boycott that brought Brazil to Zonal II. I think our chances are good! It's not their best surface, and crowd support will bring energy to players. Mello likes it. Saretta has never played a first day at home, but I think he can do well. And Guga, who knows...
It'll be interesting to see Jonas, ToJo or Joachim here, if they come.

Vai Brasil!

But terrible draw for Asian teams and Mexico. Oh, now I realize that Sweden is the only WG 2006 team that plays Playoffs away. Terrible luck!

Crappy draw for Sweden? FOR SWEDEN?

SCG is going to lose 5-0 and would have had a decent show against almost any of the other countries.

What surface is Switzerland going to pick does anyone think? SCG is pretty well rounded as far as surface goes, so it doesn't matter too too much. It's up to the Swiss to decide the method of the massacre.

Troicki - Djokovic - Del Potro - Kyrgios - Berankis
Cibulkova - Robson - Kirilenko - Azarenka
Retired but always loving Ferrero - Ancic - Kiefer

Brazil can't complain about the draw. I think the doubles will be the toughest point, but many things can change until September.

Who knows if Federer will actually play... If he doesn't play, I think Serbia has a really good chance.

I will be very surprised if Federer does not play. He played last year in the Playoffs against Great Britain.

Who knows? Maybe he doesn't get to play this year.
I hope he doesn't anyway, otherwise Serbia is pretty much out.

What about Spain and Italy, AGAIN!

Good draw for the Czech's if Stepanek plays they will probably beat netherlands.
Good draw for brazil, I want to see how Guga is playing by september.
poor Italy.
And Austria got lucky I think Mexico was one of the few teams they could beat.
