Argentina - Suecia might be played at "Parque Roca" in Buenos Aires.
There will be a special stadium with 12,000 seats, specially builded for the event. Of course, it will be Clay, Outdoors.

Remember that the Buenos Aires Lawn Tennis Club Stadium can't be used since the week after DC, the BA Open will be played there.

Yes it will be hardcourt in Halle. Haas isnt that good at grass. Hardcourt is the favourite surface of Haas and Kiefer, so it will be this.

Chile - Slovakia will be finally played at Rancagua's Rodeo Arena, with more than 13,000 seats.

Clay court will be specially built and Tennis Federation will probably move matches to noon-night in order to make the court much more slower.

Rancagua's conditions are not ideal for this tie. I mean for the altitude and humity. If the tie will play at sea level, Chile will have more chances to win easily.
