Re: World Group Play-Offs (September 23-25, 2005)

LOL@draw

wonder what surface Canada will choose as they only like fast indoors
so do Belarus

GB dead even if no Federer, still no chance on clay.

Ollie Rochus vs Duckboy on clay
please no Malisse, play anyone else but Malisse vs Duckboy

Pakistan are doomed in chile, at home they'd have beaten Chile on grass.

Spain in Italy last time was embarrassing

Re: World Group Play-Offs (September 23-25, 2005)

Germany another away draw in the WG playoffs! in Czech Republic against Stepanek and Novak, Berdych

Austria! hehe, at home vs Ecuador! Just put them on some fast indoor surface where Nico Lapentti can't play. I think the times that Lapentti has beaten Hewitt, Haas, Kuerten indoor are long time ago. Giovanni might be the stronger player on the fast surfaces now IMO.... anyway, if Austria blows this tie, it's a HUGE surprise for me. Hopefully Koubek is recovered until then!

Carlos --- C'MON Lleyton!!! --- Kiwi!!! --- Jürgen --- Juan

Best of luck to all Germans : Nicolas Kiefer | Rainer Schüttler | Lars | Florian | Tommy

My feelings exactly! I think this was the one tie that frustrates me the most.

Austria vs. Ecuador *Not sure how to feel about this one*

Belarus vs. Canada

Spain vs. Italy

Belgium vs. United States *If the States were hoping for an easy tie...I don't think they'll get one *

PAW 2013:
Munich - 2nd place
Halle - 4th place
's-Hertogenbosch - 4th place
GSTAAD - WINNER

Oh My god Italy have to face Spain. It will be a good tie but one we wont win.

Volandri and STarace v Ferrero and Nadal. On paper that should be 4-0 SPain already, but this match is in Italy so who knows.

Re: World Group Play-Offs (September 23-25, 2005)

I'm happy that Germany got a tie where they are favourite.

And that Kiefer could beat them all on clay makes it even better. All in all not a big difference to the last playoff in Slovakia, only that Germany will play with the best team this time.
