Unhappy It's so depressing to watch.

It's the year-ending championships, but you can see that all the players are tired and just want to get off the court. There's no fire, no fighting. The matches are all thrashings in under an hour. And the quality is awful.
And then the crowd ... no one is there to watch these awful matches. What a pathetic marketing job. The ATP should really have a look at what the WTA is doing to learn something about promoting. This event is a total failure, and you can already say that after the first day.

Men's tennis is growing on me.

HEHE. All I can say is I cannot believe the shots that Al is coming up with against Lleyton. He is really playing tough.

i thought LA was terrific. the thundering applause on day 1 left me shell shocked. the ATP have got their work cut out and should include the women in their championships. the women had farina-elia, maleeva, schnyder, smashnova all battling the top players. there's such depth there. none of these 6-1 6-2 and 6-3 6-0 washovers, filled with unforced errors and double faults.

these guys could take a lesson from watching the consistency of henin, the mobility of seles, and the self-belief of farina-elia.

Agree with many of you. This tournament just has no sparkle in it. No drama!

I was silently hoping that Costa - The -Indoor - Monster will lose to Safin and that will bring more excitement in that group, but well.. wishfull thinking

And now Novak is leading Agassi, as everybody expected

I think I should stop following mens tennis and switch to the WTA!!!!

Yet another totally onesided match where neither guy cared

Terrible, isn't it?

I lack direction.

Chocking makes me sad.

Are the men also complaining about the season being too long ?
It seems to me that they are not whining as much, although most of them play a lot more tournaments than the similar-ranked women. And also more matches, because they don't have these cakewalk-28-draws

Well Hewitt is whining, but he has a beef with the ATP, so this is no surprise.

The rest of the guys aren't.

Marat has mentioned it before, but isn't saying "oh poor poor me" like some other people in other places were

I lack direction.

Chocking makes me sad.

I don't know which matches you all are watching, but i find the matches wonderfull with beautifull rallys, imazing shots and the crowd is very good. They share their emotions with the players, you shows their dissapointment when the ball is nearly out or in the net, they are making noise when it is a winning ball;
I FIND THIS MASTERS EXCELLENT MARVELLOUS SUPERB THRILLING BEAUTIFULL

LOVE MOYA HE'S THE BEST
GO MOYKE WIN WIN WIN

VAMOS MOYKE !!!!!
UNA SALUTA
