Everybody who doesn't have time shouldn't manage. Full stop. I only manage when I've time and that will be Valencia, WTF and a Future in the next weeks. All of them are in Europe and I know I can post diffs on time.

It's only a game. Yes and a game should be fun. But with these circumstances there isn't fun for me.

POOR POOR POOR LIFE YOU HAVE.

DID YOU REALIZE THE GAME LACKS OF MANAGERS BECAUSE THERE ARE NO REWARD IN MANAGING ONLY HARASSMENT ?

DID YOU PAY FOR PLAYING ?

DID THE BOARD INSURED YOU THE GAME WOULD BE ALWAYS FLUENT, FAIR AND EASY.

There are absolute beginning managers and they have to learn, and other people that tried to help.

Our job is to make their job easier because it is a FREE game and thus we cannot only sit on our asses and complain.

Finally the best thing that can happens to you is that no one else want to manage anymore and you are compelled to go to real life again.
Oh c'mon. I like these comparisons with World Peace and hunger to anything.

I wanna have fun with these games. And I don't have it with late diffs and posting diffs to early. Everybody can set an earlier deadline and post diffs before he/she leaves. Goldenoldie did that for a long time, supertec did that last week and it was no problem. So tournements without fun are the same as no tournaments for me.
I also started managing this year and of course it's not easy and I made mistakes but if you ask somebody from the board the rules should be known and it looks like they aren't.
And as you said less tournaments are better for me I'll stop managing from now on.

Why are we having an argument here? I made it very clear to Boarder35m that I wouldn't be here during the weekdays, but he still put me down to manage because there are a lack of managers in this game. So what's the problem?!

Re: Tennis Tipping #38b - Izmir - Tuesday OOP Out! Send to Freak3y & rvugt!

I only wanted to say that I don't have fun in TT when diffs are late. What can happen when you're in a different timezone, no problem. And I thought this problem was solved but now we have to early diffs what isn't good, too. I my opinion these are too many problems in just one tournament which could have been solved quite easy. Just set an early deadline, e.g. 8am CEST and diffs can be posted on time by whoever.
I know that there not enough managers and I try to manage as much as I can but I only manage when I really have time as I don't like tourmanents with problems when I play them. The only thing here is: I think the solutions that have been made are the wrong ones.

Re: Tennis Tipping #38b - Izmir - Tuesday OOP Out! Send to Freak3y & rvugt!

Hi all,

I am sorry for the confusion. Indeed I guess Mahqz is right, I didn't think about the fact that you can guess your opponent picks from doubles or singles, as diffs in one of the 2 can be there. It won't happen again, but for sure I could have send the diffs to somebody else, so that the diffs could be posted at the right time. But as for putting early deadlines, I am really against that, as I sometimes just check the schedule, which is more easily accessible than the forum on a phone for example, and than I hate it that deadline is early. For me this is really not an option! Especially not as it wasn't announced early.

But just to solve this argument, it won't happen again! And as a board we discussed that it should not happen again! Eric, calm down, Mahqz is sort of right. He has a point, but for sure if there is no other possibility this one sounds better to me than giving diffs at the end of the day. Just for the sake, only Freshi sent after me posting the diffs, so no real problems!

About everybody who said that they sent to me, I'll check now. The OOP mentioned sending to both freak and me, so it is your mistake that no diffs were posted! I didn't check any picks that came in before freak sent me the excel sheets!

Well, final diffs coming up!
