You could also bookmark them like I do.

Whatever is done it still doesn't stop the fact that there are sometimes bigger priorities in life than Tennis Tipping, it will continue to happen.

Only other option could be that someone who made picks in time would go through ahead of someone, like myself, who didn't post picks in time. It doesn't seem fair that a "late picker" (who may not have got a single prediction correct) automatically goes through, whereas someone else may have got all but one pick correct, lost, and doesn't go through...

This season, for the first time, the TT board decided that where neither player sent picks for a first round match (main or qualifying), a lucky loser would go through, rather than the match be decided by ranking.

However the "late picks beat no picks" rule was kept. It may be that this could be looked at again during the off-season.

Well, I think there were very few picks this weekend because it was Easter holiday, as simple as that.

I entered the tournament with the hope I could get in the main draw because I knew I would be at home on Sunday and could send picks on Sunday night. Maybe many people did the same.

I bet you'll have all your 1st round picks sent properly, GoldenOldie. If not, I'll swallow my own words.

An interesting theory, but I've had a look at the final qualifying rounds of the other tournaments this week.
Sarasota - everyone sent
Belgrade - everyone sent
Munich - everyone sent
Eastoril - 2 missing.

Ostrava 6 missing or late.

Of course the percentage sending for an ATP tournament is always higher than for a challenger, but even so.......

Just a random convergence of missing picks then, hopefully. Odd, though

I just noticed the double entry a few minutes ago.
Sorry Cazorla, but mmarto is right, and in fact you should not have been allowed to play in Munich because you committed to Ostrava first, and did not withdraw.

If you had gained any points there you would have lost them.

Please be careful with your commitments.

The first Lucky Loser, Matt121 takes Cazorla's place in the Main Draw, and all other LLs move up 1 place.

Definitly true. When i first time would like to play TT i have enormus trouble to find suitable threads. First i clink on "games" next on "Tennis Tiping", and then instead click on "Challengers threads" i was lookind down and coudn't find exact topic. (Sorry for my weak English)

On the other hand it is matter to get used to this way. In my opinion the solution of this problem is simply that the menagers of main tournaments should cleary write, on the first page, that No Rank should play smaller tournament and give precise describes where is it.

Łukasz Kubot, Jerzy Janowicz, Michał Przysiężny

Ok, so my theory sinks like the Titanic.

I'll check out for the LL spot, then, though I'm in last place!!!

Re: Tennis Tipping #17a Ostrava - Monday OOP posted

A fairly average turnout for a challenger first round.
Missing picks from 3 players in singles and 4 players in doubles
