Yes, don't blame the players. That was entirely my fault when I posted the OOP.

LOL get real buddy. You shouldnt have asked to mange this if you cant work it around your 'personal life' What a joke. You shoud have pmed someone to post the oop, instead of lazily asking anyone to do it here. You could hav ealos updated picks beofre you went to watch your footbal matc, oters have personal lives as well, and cannot keep having to work around your shithouse shedule. You showed a lack of commitment and personally i dont wont to see you managing another tourney. Your effort tbh was pathetic and your excuse even worse. Next time dont manage a tourney when you have other stuff going on. Also dont blame the for your laziness or other factors, it was your own fault. You have to be the worst manging ive ever come across. Embarrassing stuff.

Get your shit together.

I don't know what is the problem now, you have 12 hours to send picks, which I think is pretty enough

People do this management for fun - and for very little thanks - and without them this whole game would be just a nice idea. Show a little respect. Managers have lives too and are not sat on the edge of their seats waiting for your picks to come in. As long as they leave a big enough window in which to get picks in (and 12 hours is plenty), and are keeping things up to date with diffs and OOPs, you have no right to complain - so what if occasionally the OOP is a bit late or the diffs aren't posted 1 second after the deadline. It's only a game, calm down and stop with the attacks - you have the choice, if you don't like it, withdraw from the tournament but don't expect the manager or anybody else to conform to your ideas of how things should be.

+ 1. Personal attacks towards managers/other players will NOT be tolerated. Mmarto is doing a great job in his first tournament as manager and should be encouraged to continue. We have already lost some good managers this year due to some disrespect shown by players towards them and we are heavily reliant on a core group of managers at the moment, without whom the game could not survive.
