That's true, but it´s a comprehensive mistake. I was very close to send to Tomek also. It's easier to select the user that put here the OOP. Sometimes the habitual procedure is stronger.
I guess that's something to discuss in the off-season. The players shouldn't be penalized in those situations.
Some times happens that by the hour difference a manager solicits that somebody post the OOP. And often some player sends his picks to that player not to the manager. Must be accepted those picks?
If it is clear in the OOP who the picks should be sent to then the manager shouldn't accept picks if they are sent to the wrong person.
I agree that this is something that often happens, and I also agree that it could well be discussed in the off season. However the question was asked and answered in the managers thread at the end of April, and I can't think of anything that would be fair both to the players who sent picks to the wrong person and to all the other players who sent to the right person.
