Re: The Official Andreas Seppi Cheering Thread

Andy won the Bergamo title for the second time in a hard fought match against Giles Muller.

The crowd were happy and his girlfriend was as well.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

^^ No shirtless pics from AO this year?

Anyway great win from Andi. I didn't even know he was playing this week so it was a nice result to see. Second title within the last year then.

What's with him? He pulled out of every tournament in the next weeks.

Re: The Official Andreas Seppi Cheering Thread

Hurt his ankle in Miami has to rest for 3 weeks. Madrid at best for a comeback.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Seppi's comeback looks likely to be in the Rome masters as he enters the MD after a few pull-outs.

Re: The Official Andreas Seppi Cheering Thread

Seppi is playing the Roma Masters, and has been drawn Monaco in R1. A very good opportunity for a win, but most importantly I hope he's fit enough to give a good performance and not do further damage.

Hope his ankle is ready to go.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

Re: The Official Andreas Seppi Cheering Thread

Andy lost to Monaco 1-6 6-4 2-6. He tried his best to hang in but just not quite enough, struggled on return in the third set and only created two break points in the match. Hopefully the ankle responds well tomorrow and he can perform well in future events. If I were Andreas I'd sign up for Prostejov after RG if he loses early.

Re: The Official Andreas Seppi Cheering Thread

There were no livestreams for matches today Filo so how can you tell how the match went.

Never plays well in Rome just glad he made it through today.

I suppose he did well to even win a set considering he has just returned from injury. Is he playing Nice next week or straight to RG?

Back to winning ways after his injury beating ERV 62 in the 3rd set. Ferrer next so expecting a loss, but he needed the extra match of tennis before RG.

South Tyrolean sex machine plays Gabashvili in the 1st round.

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".
