Re: Week 44: Aachen, Germany

Hahahaha it would be fun if JMDP made a Basel final and pulled out from here like Baghdatis did last year.

He is able to make a season like Baghdatis, his career is going in a good direction, he has just turned 18 though. A month ago.

Re: Week 44: Aachen, Germany

I am very happy you did well in a tennis quiz and I know you are a new poster, but as a moderator I feel obligated to say we don't post the same links in every thread we step by

Korolev won Aachen last year, Djokovic 2 years ago and if JMDP and Gulbis don't show up then I don't have a clue who can win this year

Bolelli is a fine guy and I wish him all the best.

No it is not me in this avatar, it is Tomas Berdych from Czech Republic.

Del Potro if he plays will be the clear favourite, as if he plays like he has this week in Basel then he should cruise to victory

Good to see you've mentioned Boggo as having a chance, although he has to play a lot better than he did this week in Nottingham though, where he seriously struggled. If he plays well, and gets a good draw, he could win this, but i'm not too confident about him doing too well

He needs a seeding really to make sure he avoids all the top players, but at the moment i think he is either the 8th or 9th best ranked player, so that would be great for him if he is seeded

i was responding to nathalia who said she would have no clue if JMDP withdrew from the tournament.
