I think someone posted on another thread that he trains in Atlanta (?). I've never heard of him before either, but he played well in Orlando and Boston. I also believe someone said that he'd spent a few years playing on the African circuit(?) I don't think there's ever been a good player from Ghana before.

Does anyone know what's up with Sa? He's used to be in top 100, what happened there?

Why can't all guys be this sexy?

Injuries plus lack of confidence. This year his biggest problem was a wrist injury that forced him to stay 3 months off the courts.

Are you going to this challenger?

On Nadal bumping him on the changeover, Rosol said: "It's ok, he wanted to take my concentration; I knew he would try something".

Wilander on Dimitrov - "He has mind set on imitating Federer and yes it looks good. But he has no idea what to do on the court".

I don't know if I'll be here by the first week of the year, but if so, yeah, I will. The entrance is free.

It's good like that, there are some players I wouldn't mind seeing.

Seems that Lucho will get his practice at this event for the AO. Free entry is always good.

Yes, the field is quite good if we compare it to New Caledonia. Of course, the fact that the prize has risen to US$ 125,000 has a big influence on it. I confess I was expecting to see Del Potro playing, but Lucho Horna is also entertaining to watch.

del Potro will be in Brazil again soon enough. Lucho Horna can play very well, but he can very bad, it's on Rebound Ace isn't it?

Well I just hope that Horna reaches the latest rounds so that I'll be able to see him playing, since I probably won't be in the city by the first few days of that week. Yeah, I guess it's on Rebound Ace or similar, actually the company that fabricates the surface is called Policourt.

Re: Week 01 : Sao Paulo 2006.-

Hope Flavio does well here. He will skip Australia to do well in South America, so he needs good results.
Good to see Marcelo Melo with a direct entry.
Hehe, I'm not going, but at least I have Sportv...

Re: Week 01 : Sao Paulo 2006.-

Please give Flavio a cheer for me, such a decent man. Surprised to see JPF in this list. He's playing Doha Challenger at the end of the year, then this one, then back to Oz for qualies. I get tired just thinking of it.

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

Yeah, I'll cheer for Saretta. Fruttero has good memories of Brazil, he got good results here in August, I think that's why he's playing this tournament.
