He looks older to me without the beard (but hotter).

Congrats to Andy Roddick, 2017 Hall of Fame!

Re: Robby Ginepri

sorry Fumus, I'm just not that big a fan of his game. It seems very blah to me, nothing stands out except his speed, and he has a good return.

I just prefer Mardy's game, I think he's got a great fluid all around game and when his head catches up he'll be very successful.

I admit Genpri needs a weapon but, I think that speed he has is unmatched..

Re: Robby Ginepri

but speed isnt everything. the big hitters out there can take away his running time, and smack winners all over the place. Robby's got an all around game, but an average all around game. he's gotta improve on one, or two, or more aspects of his game to take it to the next step

Yea, I agree. I just mean if he had a decent forehand or a powerful backhand or net play or sumtin. He could be really good. He just needs a weapon because right now it's just speed.

Re: Robby Ginepri

nah Robby's speed isn't unmatched.. Hewitt, Coria are quick as bunnies. ferrero moves well AND has weapons.

Robby's still blah.

Robby is defly faster than Ferrero and Coria. Hewitt maybe, but, I think Robby is the fastest. The guy just runs down everything..

Re: Robby Ginepri

But Coria can move on clay... that means something.

I wasn't saying Robby is faster than Ferrero, but Ferrero actually has weapons. He might not be quite as fast as Robby, but he runs down every ball too. So does Andy for that matter. A lot of the guys run down every ball lol. But Hewitt is definitely the fastest on the tour, IMO.

I think Robby is fast, if not the fastest. He just needs a weapon..and that's that..

IMO, he's not slam material at all. I didn't see anything about his game that was unique or better than anybody else's. He has no weapons that would intimidate opponents. He's kind of a Wal-Mart version of Andy. Similar serve motion, but not as powerful. Similar forehand, but not as effective. Good baseliner with terrific groundstrokes but that's not gonna help him beat the likes of Federer, Ferrero, or Agassi any time soon.

You believe that he is the fastest guy on tour right now? I don't know about that. Coria and Hewitt are pretty fast if you ask me, and Schuettler will run down a train to get to a ball.

I like Robby a bit more than I did before but gamewise, I just don't see him getting anywhere near the level of Andy or even Mardy.

Congrats to Andy Roddick, 2017 Hall of Fame!
