Read Deb's avatar

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Seriously i thought i had a decent education,
i thought i might be bright.

I like to use words and pride myself on vocabulary & grammar. (trying at least)

Now i know i'm about as good as Andy is at tennis. (sometimes)

i did'nt get it the first time and when i was directed to the oracle AV it took me about 4 complete showings and minutes to UNDERSTAND my problem was your.

*shame*
I'll just be hiding here under fat john for awhile.

Lara Hiding under John is a good idea, there's enough of him to hide under.

So Big Fat John hits the Big 3-0 Happy birthday to him!

Roddick bros. then

and now

Re: **The Big Fat John Thread** (Big brother coach)

haha I knew you'd say that, Deb

Though it bugs sometimes, I can forgive mistakes like that in quick writing like what we do on here. It's plain bad when people do it in school work or supposedly professional letters, etc. I simply cannot stand it, though, when mistakes like those are on like, professionally published things I've been hired to create a brochure for a local flower shop and I'm looking at ones from other shops and Like, these things have been mass produced and handed out. "8 boutonniere's" is just one thing. Um okay...not to mention that boutonniere is spelled 2 different ways on a single brochure. Lovely.

I got a letter from my landlord today and he wrote 'immeadiately' on it. I couldn't believe it! he used to be a lawyer as well so I would've thought he would check for such mistakes!
