Re: 2004 Picture Thread!

Our Naldo has been brought to tears by athletic apparel. He has such delicate aesthetic sensibilities --- a classicist, by his own admission!

I must agree, Naldo, that it is better than the cow camouflage headgear and any visor or headband that he has worn.

Re: 2004 Picture Thread!

Yaaaaaaayyy! A NEW outfit! Finally! And it looks GREAT! Nice!

Can this day get any better? Davis Cup tickets, Andy wins, new Andy outfit....it's the little things in life that make me happy.

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Re: 2004 Picture Thread!

I'm still hoping he'll wear the outfit he wore at his charity event (the one in Naldo's avatar) at a tournament because I think that's my favorite outfit yet.

He's been wearing a lot of dark blue lately. Another intimidation-factor outfit change from Gilbert?

Re: 2004 Picture Thread!

I can hit a mean ball with him -->on clay too! Bring him H20 when he rudely calls for it!

Sing & dance with him in front of Ljubicic, etc....
See, Andy doesn't need to call me up like he did for Brad...
He has so many different types of fans...isn't that sweet!?

tangerine, its an almost definite that he'll wear this outfit he's wearing in my avatar in his events. notice how it's quite similar to the one worn today, same color combo and everything, and i doubt they created that outfit just for Andy's 2 week charity blitz. the avatar outfit is one of my faves, but i must say that orange outfit kicked ass

Nice outfit! I think he's gonna overall alternate between that one and the one in Naldo's av.

You're probably right tangerine about the dark blue clothing. Well I am glad he has new outfit. I wish he would wear orange again, like the outfit he wore at 02' AO. Orange rocks. (IMO)

Re: 2004 Picture Thread!

I hope he alternates, I hate the same thing over and over and over and over for like 4 months lol

I also like the one that they have on the ATP site that Naldo showed us - the plain colors with just stripes around the shoulders.

I think so, Naldo

There are a bunch of pics at the tourney site... they're huge and I'm too lazy to post them here so you can all just go over there and look yourselves lol www.qatartennis.org

You know, normally, Andy doesn't make for very attractive "action shots." He doesn't make playing tennis look easy, that's for sure. He's always got his tongue out; he's always got an intense expression on his face, etc. . . . but for some reason, I'm really liking this particular action shot. It seems to 'flow' really well. It almost looks elegant--unheard of when it comes to Andy's style of play! The way his whole body is in alignment to hit the ball . . . Am I talking crazy talk here?? I can't quite put my finger on it but I find this photo compelling for some reason. Any armchair analysts out there have a theory?
