Las Vegas was the city, but The Palms was the real home to MTV's Real World cast and crew in 2002. The Palms demolished 6 rooms on the 28th floor to create the first of it's kind, a "Real World" suite.

The 2,900 square-foot suite includes 3 bedrooms and a communal bathroom with 2 shower stalls, 2 bathroom stalls and 3 neon lit wash basins. The suite has the only full, working kitchen in a hotel suite in Las Vegas and also includes a bar - a first for a Real World house.

indeed. I remember when the show was on and I just thought that suite was THE greatest thing ever Their houses always kick ass and each one outdoes the ones that came before it, but that suite at the Palms was just amazing.

Re: "The Great Indoors" Starring Andy S. Roddick a Champion Tennis player (Indoor thread)

He'd been advertised at the site earlier this year but Andy officially entered Lyon this year, it's in between Madrid and Paris. He's never played before but the field is really strong.... with all the good French guys, and some other people who are really good indoors like Soderling, Ancic, Taylor, Ollie, etc.

Re: "The Great Indoors" Starring Andy S. Roddick a Champion Tennis player (Indoor thread)

Yay for entering Lyon, with the tough competition it sounds like a good tournament to go deep into. Did i say deep? I meant, WIN. Yes, Andy, that means winning your first round.

Merci beaucoup, Deb (:

The Tennis Diet:
On the eve of the Roddick/Cilic match, my brother made Seafood Marinara. Can't eat it,
it's not part of the diet; it is enemy food. ie. Marin-ara Cilic.
I also did not eat Curry 'cos it rhymes with Murray.

I fangirl for Roddickulous, Youzhless and the Djoke.

This forum is so blah when Andy is not playing tennis.
Anyhow just an article related to Madrid AMS to keep indoor tennis going. I'm sure Andy wanna be in ONE of these specially model catered matches of the day.

Well Andy won Miami in 2004 and made the finals of Wimbledon in 2004 and 2005. Also made the semis of AO this year. Nothing wrong with that. And as Lleyton Hewitt said after his semi-final loss at Wimbledon this year - there's no shame in losing to Roger.
