Tennis-X.com finally gives Roddick the funk

5. Andy Roddick
Despite heartbreaking loss to Ljubicic, still honors Jay Leno appearance on Monday.

Thanks Tennis-X for having a heart and not throwing Andy under the bus for the 2034043045 time.

I saw that yesterday & nearly died of shock; I think it's the first semi-positive thing they've ever said about him. PMac is in the trunk though.

LOL. Wow, tennis-x actually said something positive and didn't jump on the bash-Andy-because-he-lost bandwagon? I'm impressed. I may have to go visit their site again.

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Re: Tennis-X.com finally gives Roddick the funk

If Rogerer's going to be "in the trunk" for anything, it should be for ditching his DC team so that he can concentrate on maintaining his No. 1 rank.

Roger's the type who could go slamless in a given year and still maintain No. 1 by about a thousand points.
