Roger's lucky again because Andre's crippled. Safin is mentally weak now, so it's no concern.
Andy better stop applauding opponents and get rid of the slow, passive crap tennis.
Hewitt is a pest.

OK so here's the full draw

Labadze first round, then Bjorkman/Rusedski, then probably Melzer, 4th round he's seeded to meet Grosjean and QF Tim... Not too bad at all.

Full draw is

If Andy doesn't get to at least the quarters :retard:. Greg/Jonas can be a tough match, but RA should favor Andy's chances even more. Melzer in 3r is , Seb in 4r can be tough, but Seb has had bad luck in his past 2 Ao campaigns. Henman qf will be fun, but its a slower surface, edge to Andy. If Hewitt makes it to the quarters, let alone the finals, the tennis gods are smiling on him. Nice draw and incredible match-ups that can occur, also on the women's side.

Great thread title Deb! But if Andy should crash out before the Qtrs what will you re-name the thread?

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

With this draw, if Andy loses before the Quarters, I might not be a fan anymore

Re: The "We Love You, Dean!" Australian Open Thread!!

The 4th quarter seemed to be the best one to get. Away from most of the contenders, like it.

Q. You must have so many different emotions going through your head. Was it like a rollercoaster for you?
STANISLAS WAWRINKA: Yeah, yeah, it's quite crazy..I never expect to win a Grand Slam.
I never dream about that because for me, I was not good enough to beat those guy.

Maybe the sky will fall?

Piece of cake draw for you Andy, now lets do it.
Same can't be said for Andre.

Not too bad of a draw at all better than some that he has had...

Yeah, it's about time he gets an easy draw, excluding RG.
