Re: King of Queens

Good title bunk!

Here's hoping Andy will win Queens again!

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Re: King of Queens

Lots of luck for Andy at Queens.

Q. You must have so many different emotions going through your head. Was it like a rollercoaster for you?
STANISLAS WAWRINKA: Yeah, yeah, it's quite crazy..I never expect to win a Grand Slam.
I never dream about that because for me, I was not good enough to beat those guy.

Maybe the sky will fall?

Re: King of Queens

Roger isn't playing the same tourney... I guess the only chance to see them play against each other is at the Wimbly final...

Good luck Andy at Queens!

Re: King of Queens

LOL, that's really a good title!
BTW, I like the TV series also very much

concerning King of Queens now... well, who is it now?
Okay, Andy was it last year, but there's some serious competition this year with Lleyton playing well so far and having won the final in Queens in 2001 and 2002 (both times against Henman )

Maybe Lleyton wants his throne and the crown of Queens back this year?
Andy, you'd better be prepared for this!!!

Carlos --- C'MON Lleyton!!! --- Kiwi!!! --- Jürgen --- Juan

Best of luck to all Germans : Nicolas Kiefer | Rainer Schüttler | Lars | Florian | Tommy

Re: King of Queens

Lleyton is getting his game back somewhat, but he isn't as good of a grass court player than Roddick is. People that serve/volley will give Andy the most trouble, and that's pretty much henman. I don't think there's another serve/volleyer as capable as henman to take out Andy. He better be prepared

Re: King of Queens

I feel a lot of people are all of a sudden playing very well. Marat is playing well. David is playing well. Henman is playing a lot better than before. Hewitt is getting back his old form. All of them would pose big threats to Andy and Roger. This should be a very interesting grass season.

Don't worry about it, you guys aren't. To be honest, I liked Andy before. I wanted him to win USO last year. I still kinda like him, but Roger took over.

Re: King of Queens

Yes. Things are getting very competitive.

And I think it is quite all right for you to like Andy, but just to like Roger better. Andy isn't my number one favorite either. lol..... He's not my number 2 favorite either! But I like him and support him. I don't understand having just one guy that you support in tennis. That can't be much fun.

Re: King of Queens

LCeh is that rare Roger fan who actually likes Andy. I thought I'd never find one. So glad he's here to keep me company.

"I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ...
