Andy played a great first set against Clement. He attacked and took the ball early. He really pushed him around and forced him into tough positions. The wind really started blowing hard and the second set turned into survival.

Oh John. The way he is able to captivate with so few words is amazing.

Main Husbands
The Serbian Moron
That Pasty Scottish Bloke

The side pieces
The Sweet but Dopey Argentine
The Bulgarian Headcase
That Douche from Australia

And when the daylight's fading we're gonna play in the dark til it's golden again

Sometimes our light goes out but is blown into flame by another human being.
Each of us owes deepest thanks to those who have rekindled this light

Can't you just feel the intensity of that second set?!

Andy Roddick Maria Sharapova
Novak Djokovic Maria Kirilenko

There is only one thing that separates my cooking and my grandma's. You see when she's in the kitchen it seems like no one is there. When I'm cooking, I let the whole world know! There's flour all over the kitchen counters and ten feet away on the floor, I call everyone to let them know I'm cooking, and I finish that off with a mass email to my friends with a picture of what I cooked.
- Maria still rocks harder than the world. No matter how long it takes before she gets her cute little self back on a tennis court.

Gawd, when he whispers sweet nothings to Ginger, they really are sweet nothings...

Best twitter posts of the epic match:

@dougrobson - Whoever is supplying Mahut with hair gel needs to ink a sponsorship deal now.

@Wimbledon - FYI, with @Wimbledon live scoring devices, please add 50 to the games in the fifth set of the Isner v Mahut match.

@HolterMedia - Nice to see that a three-day test has come to tennis here @wimbledon.

My eye goes right past John to Jimmy being a pimp in the background. John should take lessons.

He sounds almost excited, slightly vivid wording. I guess we should thank Andy for his commitment to survival.

Though the best comment was the Canada is colder then DC before the match. I never would have guessed that.

On the eve of the Roddick/Cilic match, my brother made Seafood Marinara. Can't eat it,
it's not part of the diet; it is enemy food. ie. Marin-ara Cilic.
I also did not eat Curry 'cos it rhymes with Murray.

Hmmmm Montreal is always colder than anywhere in Canada however Toronto is much hotter than Washington. Deep words John short, sharp and sweet as usual. Thought wonder if these little musings are so short cos he is in a hurry to be somewhere?

Taco-Bell, maybe? Nothing beats a late night take-out meal. *puke smiley*
