I'm still liking the Kid Roddick nickname some reporter from ESPN dropped on him. Seeing as how Brad Gilbert is always calling Andy "the Kid", it's very appropriate.

"What kind of shape am I in now? Well round is a shape." said Roddick with a laugh. "I had a very detailed retirement plan, and I feel like I've met every aspect of it: a lot of golf, a lot of carbs, a lot of fried food, and some booze, occasionally — I've been completely committed ... The results have shown."

Kid Rock is, yes. But then there's Jason Kidd who's a nice upstanding basketball player

Kid Roddick always seems to remind me of Kid Rock.

But, Jason Kidd isn't a nickname.

Andy is a good nickname.

As long as he doesnt now start to date someone named Candy or Sandy.

Re: Nicknames for Andy

Rocket Roddick is the new nickname I've heard for Andy lately. It was used in a few print articles I've read during the Wimbledon matches.
